Nursery Practitioner - Enderby

The Opportunity

We are looking for caring and motivated Nursery Practitioners (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our Enderby team. As a key person, you will play an essential role in children's development and help create a safe, engaging, and nurturing setting.

What You'll Do

Take on key person responsibilities, planning and recording children's progress Deliver exciting and educational activities based on the EYFS Maintain high standards of care, safety, and hygiene Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing ideas and offering support Attend training, staff meetings, and parent evenings when required

What We're Looking For

A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (plus GCSE Maths/English or Functional Skills if required) Knowledge of safeguarding and the EYFS framework Paediatric First Aid (or willingness to complete) Previous experience in childcare/nursery (desirable but not essential) A real passion for helping children grow and learn

Pay & Hours

From 12.27 per hour (depending on qualification and experience) Full-time and part-time roles available
