We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery setting in the Finchley area for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who holds a Level 3 or above in Early Years and is looking to join a dedicated and supportive team.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in providing a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn and thrive. Whether it's sharing a story, planning engaging activities, or simply having fun, your work will support the early development of children during these vital years.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote high standards of quality within the setting in terms of environment, resources and experiences provided to children Take on key carer responsibilities, supporting children's learning and development Prepare and deliver stimulating, age-appropriate activities Ensure provision is in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Provide support and guidance to students and unqualified team members Contribute to the overall smooth running and day-to-day organisation of the room in the absence of the Room Leader

Requirements:

Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Strong understanding of the EYFS framework Passionate about working with young children Good communication and teamwork skills An enhanced DBS check will be required
