Nursery Practitioner for Pre-School June 2025 Willow

12.91 - 13.56 per hour or more (negotiable based on experience, knowledge, and qualifications held), full-time position with 40 hours a week.

You will:

Build positive and caring relationships with children and be responsible for their well-being, welfare, and development in the nursery

Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and be confident to engage in high quality interactions with children in your care

Operate within the key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff

You must:

Hold a full and relevant Level 3 in early years qualification

Have the ability to promote good practice in a professional manner

Be a team player and take accountability for your roles and responsibilities in the room

Have good organisational and timekeeping skills

Experience:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recent childcare experience with pre-school aged children

Desired Knowledge and Training:

Safeguarding and Child Protection

Early Years Foundation Stage and Development Matters or Birth to 5

Planning, observations & assessments
