Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Monitor and track children's development and progress
- Collaborate with parents and communicate effectively about their child's day
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Note: Additional qualifications such as CPR certification or early childhood education credentials may be preferred or required depending on the specific nursery.
