Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Practitioner - London W4

Salary:

12.80 - 14.50 per hour (depending on qualifications & experience)

Hours:

20-45 hours per week | 3, 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8am - 6pm

Contract:

Permanent, all year round (not term-time only)

We are an independent day nursery based near

Hammersmith, London W4

, caring for children aged 3 months - 5 years. Open Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, 51 weeks a year, we provide a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where children can thrive. Our team is dedicated to supporting every child's individual needs while also encouraging creativity, curiosity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Complete observations and contribute to planning for key children Ensure a safe, caring and stimulating environment at all times

About You

Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years (full & relevant)

Experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role

Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development Confident in observations, planning, and supporting key children Team player with excellent communication skills DBS check and two references required Eligible to work in the UK
