Salary:

13.00 - 14.62 per hour / Up to 31,930 per year (depending on experience & qualifications)

Hours:

Full or part-time | 3-5 days per week | 30-42 hours | Shifts 7:30am - 6:15pm

Contract:

Permanent, all year round

Nursery Practitioners / Early Years Practitioners

With meadows, forest school, and outdoor spaces, you'll help children aged 6 months to 5 years explore, learn, and grow in a calm, inspiring environment. We value outdoor learning, creativity, and teamwork while providing excellent support for our staff.

Deliver high-quality childcare and early education experiences Support children's learning, independence, and development in line with EYFS standards Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and supportive staff team Celebrate children's achievements and communicate with families Contribute to nursery operations and development initiatives

About You

Level 2 or higher Early Years qualification (full & relevant)

Previous nursery or Early Years Practitioner experience Driver or local to RG10/RG7 Passionate about outdoor learning and inclusive childcare practices Friendly, patient, and strong team player Eligible to work in the UK Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
