Summary

As a Nursery Practitioner at QCE Nurseries, you will play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a supportive and engaging environment. This position is essential for fostering children's development and ensuring they receive the best possible start in their educational journey.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Plan and implement engaging learning activities that promote child development. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the nursery's educational practices.

Requirements

Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting. A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and staff. Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership when required. Passion for early years education and commitment to children's welfare.
