Job Description

We are currently recruiting an experienced, passionate and fun Nursery Practitioner to join our wonderful team at Verwood Day Nursery.

The nursery is located on the edge of Verwood, next to Potterne Park and set on an acre of land.

The successful candidate must hold a full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification with at least 1 years post qualifying experience.

The position available is full time, working 40 hours per week across 5 days a week, with one morning and one afternoon off every week.

Starting salary is dependent on experience and qualifications and opportunities for progression are available.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development and learning. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development. Collaborate with team members to manage daily operations and uphold nursery standards.
