Nursery Practitioner Full Time/part Time
Job Description
The Role: We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting children's development, planning engaging activities, and ensuring their well-being.
Plan and deliver creative, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Ensure the safety and welfare of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records. Work collaboratively as part of a team to create a happy and inclusive environment.
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) is essential along with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety practices.
