The Role

We're looking for a kind, capable, and enthusiastic

Early Years Practitioner

(s) to work across both our

Baby Room and Preschool

. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting children through different developmental stages -- from nurturing routines and early attachment, to encouraging independence, communication, and curiosity in our older children.

Montessori experience is preferred

, and we love practitioners who are reflective, warm, and passionate about holistic education.

Key Responsibilities

Be a

key person

to a small group of children, supporting learning and wellbeing Create a

calm, safe and stimulating environment

that supports development Plan and deliver meaningful activities aligned with EYFS and Montessori-inspired practice Support daily routines (mealtimes, rest, toileting and transitions) with care and consistency Observe, assess and record progress to support individual learning journeys Build strong, respectful relationships with parents and carers Work closely with your team to maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding Follow food safety and allergy procedures carefully

What We're Looking For

?

Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification

(UK recognised preferred)
? Experience working in a nursery setting (across ages 0-5 is ideal)
? Strong understanding of

EYFS

and child development
?

Montessori experience or interest (preferred)

? Confident communicator and reliable team player
? Strong safeguarding awareness
? Fluent in spoken and written English
? Right to work in the UK
