We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. The Nursery Practitioner will play a crucial role in promoting the development of each child through engaging activities and effective communication with both children and parents.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting. Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in English. Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children are engaged, safe, and happy. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records of their development. Collaborate with team members to create a positive nursery environment. Drive initiatives that promote the nursery's values and enhance its reputation within the community. Foster strong relationships with families, providing support and guidance as needed.

Experience

Previous experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English. A genuine passion for childcare and commitment to fostering children's development. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanour.

Pay: 12.21 per hour
