The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, qualified

Nursery Practitioners

to join our dynamic and friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about working with young children and helping to shape their early development.

Please note: This position is open only to applicants with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.

If you do not have a relevant childcare qualification, please do not apply, as your application will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Engage and support children in stimulating activities that promote their learning and development. Provide a caring, inclusive, and safe environment for all children. Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework. Monitor and record children's progress, sharing updates with parents/carers. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education. Adhere to all nursery policies and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)

- this is essential. Strong understanding of the

EYFS framework

and safeguarding responsibilities. Good communication skills with children, parents, and team members. A passion for supporting children's early learning and development. Experience working with children aged 0-5 is desirable, but not essential for newly qualified practitioners.

Pay: 20,800.00-26,500.00 per year
