About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced

Nursery Practitioner

to join our nurturing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting and hold a Level 3 qualification or above. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and wellbeing of children through engaging and age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver stimulating activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Provide high-quality care to children, ensuring their safety, health, and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive learning environment. Build strong relationships with children, parents, and the wider team. Follow all safeguarding and health & safety procedures diligently.

Requirements

Proven nursery or childcare experience. Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher. Strong understanding of child development principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare.
