Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Pear Trees Nursery. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children in our nursery setting. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

You will provide personal care and learning experiences to meet the individual needs of each child, monitoring and assessing their personal development and documenting their progress.

We value our excellent collaboration with families and part of your role would be to building positive relationships to ensure we can provide our children with the best possible individualised care possible to meet their needs.

We are looking for someone who has:

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent

Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A genuine passion for working with children
