We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support for children, helping them learn, grow, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day care for children in line with the nursery's policies and procedures. Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Child Care or equivalent. Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
