Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our fantastic team at our Woodland nursery setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and providing exceptional care to young children.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Provide high-quality childcare and create a safe, nurturing environment
- Utilise your experience working with children to deliver engaging activities
- Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery
- Demonstrate leadership skills in guiding and supporting children's development
- Drive continuous improvement in the nursery's educational programmes
Skills
- Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
- Proficient in English language
- Relevant childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential
