About the Role

Bright Bubbles Nursery is seeking a committed and enthusiastic

Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner

to join our dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced childcare professional to contribute to a high-quality early years setting that places children's wellbeing, safety, and development at the heart of its practice.

You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification to be considered for this role. Applications from individuals without this essential qualification will not be progressed.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and ensure the safety and welfare of children at all times Deliver well-planned, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities that support the EYFS framework Observe, assess, and record each child's development and learning Promote positive relationships with children, families, and staff Support the emotional, social, and educational needs of each individual child Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning meetings and reports Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed rigorously Demonstrate a positive, proactive, and professional approach at all times

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification

(NNEB, CACHE, NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, or equivalent) -

MANDATORY

A minimum of one year's experience in a similar nursery or childcare role A clear enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references Strong understanding of safeguarding policies and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements

Working Hours

Nursery operates between 7:00am and 6:00pm Flexible full-time or part-time hours available Immediate start available for the right candidate
Salary and Benefits
