The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated
Level 3 Qualified Practitioner
to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's development through engaging play, planned activities, and a nurturing approach that puts the child at the center of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver a range of creative and stimulating activities based on the EYFS framework.
Support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years.
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Work effectively as part of a team to provide a high standard of care and education.
Adhere to all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Full and relevant
Level 3 qualification
in Childcare (e.g. CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Sound knowledge of the
Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
.
Previous experience in an early years setting.
Passionate about providing outstanding care and education for young children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, reliable, and flexible approach.
A DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
