Job Description

Little Gems Nursery is currently seeking to recruit more childcare key worker at level 2 and 3 to work in our nursery. This post can be term time or all year around

We require extremely reliable and flexible member of staff's who are willingly to enhance themselves and bring their own set of ideas and knowledge that you would have acquired in your previous experiences.

There is ample room of progression for the right candidate.

What we are looking for?

A minimum Level 2 and 3 qualification in early years education and childcare

Current working experience of the childcare and early education sector.

A sound understanding of child development and children's needs.

The ability to carry out observations to a high standard and in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Good oral and written communication skills.

An ability to engage with parents in respect of their child's development.

Good customer awareness.

Commitment to young children and families.

Friendly, flexible approach.

Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative.

.National minimum wage is on offer

This post is for someone to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
