About the Role



Contract type:

Full Time, Permanent - 4 days per week (Monday to Friday, 9 hours per day), All Year Round

Dependent on experience

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 6 months to 4 years. You will work within a collaborative and caring team to create meaningful learning opportunities, promote development across all areas, and ensure every child feels valued, supported, and inspired.

Your main responsibilities will include:



Planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate activities that support the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Encouraging social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through creative play and exploration. Creating a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can flourish. Building strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues. Contributing to the continuous improvement of the Nursery and wider school community.

About You



We are looking for someone who:

Holds a

Level 3 qualification in childcare

(or equivalent). Has

previous experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting

. Demonstrates

enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children

.
You will also be someone who can:

Create and implement fun, imaginative activities that foster early learning and development. Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages curiosity and confidence. Support children's holistic growth -- socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively.
