We are delighted to present a new and thrilling opportunity for you to join our Seaside children aged 2-3 years old. Your role will primarily involve collaborating with our room leader to support activities and plan according to the children's individual needs.
We are committed to promoting children's development through both planned and child-led activities and we actively encourage our staff to explore and engage with the wider community together with the children. This can include outings to the post office, shops, or the park to enhance the children's physical development. To ensure a seamless transition, training will be provided during the initial few weeks
Responsibilities but not limited to:
Deliver learning experiences and planned activities for a key group that provides outstanding opportunities for the children
Work within a team to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children
Work in partnership with parents to ensure the outcomes for children are met
Assess and report on children's progress to ensure continued development
Be passionate, inspiring and work effectively within a team and have a hands on approach to your own professional learning and development
