Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and the ability to manage and nurture children in a safe and stimulating environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to drive children's development through engaging activities.

Responsibilities

Manage daily nursery operations, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all children. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development. Maintain accurate records of children's activities and progress in accordance with nursery policies. Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive atmosphere that celebrates diversity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.

Experience

Proven experience in childcare or early childhood education is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire both children and staff. Excellent communication skills, particularly in English, to engage effectively with children and families. A background in managing nursery settings or similar environments is advantageous. A relevant qualification in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.
