Level 2 Nursery Practitioner | Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) - Part-time hours will also be considered | 26,062.40 per annum

Nursery Nurse Responsibilities

:


Ensure the requirements of the statutory framework for the

EYFS

are met at all times. Follow and maintain company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and adhered to. Observe, support, and extend children's development, using

EyLog

and children's learning journals to document their progress. Maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and ensure children are supervised and well attended to at all times. Build strong, positive partnerships with parents/carers, offering thorough handovers during daily collections and encouraging their active involvement in the nursery. Plan and deliver engaging, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate activities tailored to each child's individual needs. Support the daily running of the nursery, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all children, staff, and families.

Level 2 Childcare qualification

Over 1 year's experience working in Early Years -
