Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years practitioner at level 2 (or level 3) to join our Pre-School team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and creating a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with children in English
- Manage and lead activities that promote child development
- Implement the nursery's curriculum to support early childhood education
- To support the children's well-being
Requirements
- Experience working with young children in a childcare setting
- Qualification at level 2 and/or 3 in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Strong understanding of early years development
- Ability to create engaging and educational activities for children
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Required hours (initially)
Monday: 8:45 am - 3:15 pm, Thursday & Friday: 8:45 - 12:15 pm; term-time only.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 13.2 per week
