Role Overview
We are seeking a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner who is passionate about working with children and supporting their development. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to high-quality childcare and education.
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of planned activities under the guidance of senior staff. Assist in creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment. Help promote children's independence, curiosity, and confidence through play. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Contribute to observations and assessments of children's progress. Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times. Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance knowledge and practice.
Requirements
Level 2 Early Years qualification (or working towards). Genuine enthusiasm for working with young children. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and take direction from senior practitioners. Reliable, caring, and committed to providing the best outcomes for children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour
