We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children.

Duties

Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote the development of children's social, emotional, and cognitive skills. Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn. Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Maintain clear communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment focused on the best interests of the children. Keep accurate records of children's development and daily activities as required by regulatory standards. Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A background in early childhood education or relevant qualifications is highly desirable. Demonstrated management and leadership skills to effectively guide and support junior staff members. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory for this role.
