The successful candidate will be expected to:
Have knowledge of the EYFS and be able to use this to support children's learning and development.
Provide a stimulating learning environment; prepare and develop resources if necessary.
Undertake observations to assess and evaluate children's development and learning needs.
Take a lead role in the responsibility for a key person group.
Be a positive role model.
Successful applicants will:
Have a relevant qualification (At least level 2 or equivalent).
Have relevant previous experience of working with children.
Be a good communicator, both verbally and written.
Have childcare experience and proven knowledge of the EYFS.
Be willing to work within organisational procedures, processes and to meet required standards for the role.
