Nursery Practitioner (Part-Time, Job Share)

- Location: Conifers Day Nursery - Kings Norton (B38)

- 16 hours per week - Mondays and Fridays

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Nursery Practitioner to join our team. This is a job share role, working alongside another member of staff who covers Tuesday-Thursday.

Hours and Shifts

Mondays and Fridays (16 hours per week) Shifts will be between 07:30-18:00, on a rota basis Flexibility is essential to support the needs of the nursery.

What you'll be doing

Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities Ensuring a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment in the Toddler Room Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times

What we're looking for

A warm, caring and professional attitude Experience working with children aged 2-3 years (desirable but not essential) Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification Reliability and commitment to working as part of a team
