Job Description

Based at Duchess Nursery Wallingford on Wallingford School Grounds:

We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old.

Duties:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote children's learning and development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities

Experience:
- Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent
- Experience working with children aged 0-5 years old in a nursery or preschool setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
