We are so excited to be able to invite a new

Level 3 Nursery practitioner or apprentice

to join our Hilltop family!

This position can be full or part time with the number of days and hours negotiable.

The successful candidate will be silly, fun and a bit crazy with a passion and enthusiasm for ensuring our children have the best possible start to life!

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting. Develop and implement engaging learning activities that promote early childhood development. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive environment. Supervise and manage daily nursery operations, ensuring safety and well-being. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and nurturing atmosphere. Support children's individual needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Qualifications and experience

Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent or to undertake course Proven experience working with children Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children and parents Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles
