Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join Pippa's House Nursery-Ash Vale. In this role, you will contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for young children, supporting their growth and development in line with our mission and values.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and daily activities. Support the implementation of nursery policies and procedures. Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on high-quality childcare. Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the nursery's values. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting. Strong understanding of early childhood development principles. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude. Relevant childcare qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Education). Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one. Driving license is preferred but not essential.
