Unit One Kids is growing, and we're excited to expand our Baby Room team. We're looking for a caring, experienced and passionate

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

to join our nursery, supporting our youngest children aged

9 to 18 months

.

Working under our

Baby Room Lead Practitioner

, you will be part of a small, nurturing team delivering high-quality, specialised care to babies. This includes

nappy changing, bottle and solid feeds, supporting early development milestones

, and maintaining close bonds with children and families.

Our Baby Room forms the start of the child's journey through Unit One Kids, so your role is vital in

supporting secure attachments, routine, and smooth transitions

into the Toddler Room when the time comes.

What We're Looking For:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare

(essential)

Experience working with babies aged 9-18 months

(essential) Knowledge of the

EYFS

and age-appropriate care Confidence in handling

daily routines

including: Nappy changing Feeding (bottles and solids) Settling routines and sleep Ability to work collaboratively under our Baby Room Lead A warm, calm, and professional approach Great communication with families and colleagues Enthusiasm for creating a stimulating and secure baby environment

Working Hours:

Part-time or Full-time options available

Mondays and Fridays are essential working days

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
