The Job:

We're seeking a Nursery Educator who brings passion, patience, and just the right amount of 'creative chaos' to our young learners. Your role will be to turn our nursery into a wonderland of growth, imagination, and resilience. You'll be the ringleader of joyful learning, guiding little minds through first words, first steps, and the occasional epic crayon mural.

What You'll Do:

Invent daily adventures: Story time, crafts, nature exploration, and the occasional cardboard castle siege - each day should feel like the best day ever. Engage and nurture: Think of every interaction as a chance to build trust, empathy, and a love for discovery. Encourage mini Picassos and future Einsteins: Because finger paint and puzzles aren't just for fun - they're the foundation for lifelong curiosity. Handle the unexpected: Diaper disasters? A minor finger painting rebellion? You're cool, calm, and ready to roll with it. Empower young personalities: Every child is a bundle of quirks and qualities. You'll help them shine and encourage parents to celebrate them too.

Who You Are:

Boundlessly energetic: You have the stamina to run a marathon, even if it's just around a playroom. Expert communicator: Baby babble, toddler tantrums, and parent updates--you speak them all fluently. Quick on your feet: With reflexes that rival a ninja, you can handle whatever a toddler throws your way (literally). Patient and nurturing: You know that tears happen, and you're there to soothe, cuddle, and cheer them up. Passionately curious: You're as eager to learn from children as you are to teach them.
