Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes each child's progress, safety and well-being. The Practitioner will work collaboratively with colleagues and families to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework. Observe, assess and record children's progress, sharing feedback with parents and carers as needed. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment at all times. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues. Support children's personal, social and emotional development through play-based learning. Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies and procedures. Contribute to a supportive and collaborative team culture.

Qualifications-

Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, Diploma).

Experience working within an early years setting.

Good knowledge of the EYFS and child development.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

A nurturing attitude towards children, combined with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

All year round/ Term time only

Rate:

12.71 per hour
