We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Practitioner Level 3 to join our early childhood education team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Duties

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's development across all areas, including social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to inform planning and reporting. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times by adhering to health and safety policies. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and teamwork. Support children's individual needs, including those with special educational requirements or additional support needs. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment that encourages exploration and learning. Comply with all safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure a secure environment for children.

Qualifications

Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Children & Young People's Workforce). Proven experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members. Ability to plan creatively and adapt activities to meet diverse needs. Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and health & safety regulations in early childhood settings. Enthusiastic, caring, and committed to supporting children's development in a professional manner. This role is integral to providing a nurturing environment where young children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally while ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 24,420.00-34,041.66 per year
