Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Plantos Nursery. In this role, you will play a vital part in the early development of children, creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages learning and growth.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging educational activities tailored to the needs of young children. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents when necessary. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive nursery environment. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance. Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning.

Requirements

Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
