Summary

We are seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Second Steps Day Nursery in Althorne. In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing children's development through creative play and individualised care, contributing to our philosophy of fostering happy and healthy learning experiences.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for children in the nursery setting. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning through play. Observe and assess children's development, ensuring individual needs are met. Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all children. Support the emotional well-being of each child through positive interactions.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare. Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting. Strong communication skills to engage with children and parents effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a nurturing environment.
