Nursery Practitioner

Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and learning experiences
- Supervise and engage children in play and educational activities
- Assist with lunchtimes, nappy changing , and personal care routines
- Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Maintain a clean and organised nursery environment
- Collaborate with other nursery staff to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
