Some of your duties will include:
Working closely with key children: writing reports and recording their developmental progress through observations and planned activities in line with the EYFS
Being a key person, carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families
Ensuring health & safety standards are met at all times
Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
Being passionate about preschool education and empowering our children to reach their maximum potential is an
absolute necessity
