At Rainbows we are looking for qualified, enthusiastic, passionate educators who are eager to make a difference to a child's life. We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner to join our warm and welcoming nursery team!
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. You'll support their early development through play, creativity, and structured learning activities, ensuring they feel nurtured every step of the way.

- Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver exciting activities that support learning and development.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Observe and assess children's progress, following EYFS guidelines.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- To follow the nursery safeguarding procedure to ensure all children are kept safe, well and secure.
- Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential).
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- A caring and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
- Strong communication skills and a love for learning.
- A genuine passion for early years education.
- Proficiency in English language.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act and you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS check. You will be asked to make a criminal conviction declaration if you are shortlisted for the post. All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check and provide two suitable references.
