About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) to join our warm and friendly day nursery team. You will play an essential role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week over 4 or 5 days within our operational hours of 07:30-18:00.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards.
Build positive, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Observe, track, and record children's development and learning progress.
Work effectively within the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow all safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Qualification (essential)
Minimum 2 years of experience in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Passionate about early childhood development
Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality care
