The Role

We are seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Educator with a strong passion for child development and proven experience working with babies. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education for babies, supporting their individual routines and developmental milestones Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently upheld Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS framework
About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years. Experienced in caring for babies and supporting their unique developmental needs Passionate about child development, with a nurturing and patient approach A strong communicator who can work collaboratively with colleagues and families Committed to safeguarding, inclusivity, and continuous professional growth A reflective attitude
