Your Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:

Provide high quality care, learning and supervision for children aged 0-5 Plan and deliver exciting, meaningful and age appropriate activities following the EYFS Help maintain a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment for every child Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues Observe, assess and record children's development Support each child's emotional wellbeing and individual needs Work collaboratively within a small, friendly and dedicated team Uphold strong standards of safeguarding, organisation and cleanliness Contribute your ideas and creativity as our nursery continues to grow

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Level 3 qualified in Early Years (essential) Warm, approachable and genuinely passionate about working with young children Confident in delivering the EYFS and maintaining excellent safeguarding practice A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to providing the very best for every child
