We are currently
seeking a passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner
to join our friendly, supportive team. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who truly loves early years and wants to be part of something special.
About the Role
As a Nursery Practitioner at Robin's, you will:
Create
enabling, curiosity-led environments
that inspire awe and wonder
Support children's learning through
play, exploration, and real-life experiences
Build
strong, nurturing relationships
with children, families, and colleagues
Observe, assess, and plan in line with the
EYFS
, always following the child
Embrace outdoor learning and Forest School values in all we do
Be a reflective practitioner who is open to learning and growing
About You
You will:
Hold a
full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Have a
genuine passion for child-led learning
and the Curiosity Approach
Be warm, caring, and enthusiastic with a positive "can-do" attitude
Value teamwork, kindness, and professional respect
Have good knowledge of the
EYFS
and safeguarding requirements
Love getting outdoors in all weathers
(Experience with the Curiosity Approach or Forest School is a bonus -- but not essential, as training and support will be provided.)
