We are looking for an experienced Baby Room Practitioner to join our small, dedicated team in our beautiful baby room.
This is a wonderful opportunity to be part of a close-knit, passionate team that truly values relationships, attachment, and the joy of early development. You'll work with our youngest children, supporting their routines, curiosity, and first steps in learning through warmth, play, and care.

You'll need to:
Hold a full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 minimum)
Have experience working with babies under 2 years
Be patient, kind, and passionate about giving every child the best start in life
Work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with families
