Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner must be Level 2/3 qualified to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to young children. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote the development of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Supervise and support children , ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering an inclusive community within the nursery. Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development, communicating effectively with parents regarding their child's achievements. Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and stimulating nursery environment that encourages exploration and learning. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, safeguarding policies, and nursery procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience

Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. A qualification in Early Childhood Education Level 2/3. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children and parents effectively.
