We are guided by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Birth to Five Matters frameworks, and we nurture curiosity, confidence, and kindness through play-based learning and caring guidance. We enrich our curriculum with themed workshops that incorporate mindfulness and yoga, music and movement, and school readiness activities. Additionally, we provide nutritious, pure vegetarian meals throughout the day to support holistic development.

Role Description

We are seeking

Room leaders or Senior Practitioners

who are seeking career advancement.

This is a

full-time on-site role for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

located in Harrow. The

Nursery Practitioner

will support the Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager/Director in the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Responsibilities:

To deliver effective daily management of the nursery, in accordance with Company policy, all relevant legislation, plus local authority and OFSTED requirements. ??To ensure the provision is of the highest quality, providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centred environment catering for the children's educational and developmental needs.

Reporting to: Deputy

Nursery Manager

Please note this role is room-based and you will have key children.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 27,000 onwards per year.

Qualifications

Relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification Experience in Early Years Education and curriculum implementation, working with children aged 1-5. Paediatric First Aid certification is essential. Enhanced DBS Check and on Update Service Right to Work in the UK
