This is a
full-time on-site role for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner
located in Harrow. The
Nursery Practitioner
will support the Deputy Manager and Nursery Manager/Director in the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Responsibilities:
To deliver effective daily management of the nursery, in accordance with Company policy, all relevant legislation, plus local authority and OFSTED requirements.
??To ensure the provision is of the highest quality, providing a safe, stimulating and caring child-centred environment catering for the children's educational and developmental needs.
Reporting to: Deputy
Nursery Manager
Please note this role is room-based and you will have key children.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 27,000 onwards per year.
Qualifications
Relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification
Experience in Early Years Education and curriculum implementation, working with children aged 1-5.
Paediatric First Aid certification is essential.
Enhanced DBS Check and on Update Service

Personal Specifications
Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work well with staff
Excellent organisational and educational skills, with attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with children, families, and team members
Passionate about child development and committed to providing high-quality care and education
