We're a busy, vibrant, ever-growing nursery looking for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who loves:
Getting messy during sensory play
Turning story time into a full-on performance
Making crafts that definitely don't look like the Pinterest version (and that's OK!)
Helping little ones learn, grow, and shine every single day
You'll work 40 hours a week on a rota between 7:30am and 6pm ... early finishes, late starts, variety... perfect if you hate the same old routine!

Requirements
Proven experience working with children within a nursery or childcare setting
Strong management and leadership skills to oversee daily activities and support team members
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childcare regulations
Ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare) or equivalent recognised certification
Passionate about early childhood development with a caring, patient demeanour
