Full time position

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working person to join us here at Willow House Nursery. The role will include working alongside others as part of a united team, in an inclusive, diverse and homely setting. You will have the opportunity to enhance children's development and experience working across all ages of the nursery. To ensure children receive high standards of quality care, enabling us to give a rich and stimulating environment to which children can thrive.

A good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures would be an advantage but full training and guidance would be provided.

Essential Criteria

A Childcare & Education qualification equivalent to NVQ level 3. A successful DBS check will be obtained. Experience working in education.

Desirable Criteria

Paediatric First Aid Qualification Knowledge of child protection procedures and any training courses completed.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and education to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well-being. Plan and implement engaging activities that promote early childhood development and learning. Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining up-to-date Paediatric First Aid certification.
