Lime Tree have 5 nurseries within the Charnwood area ranging in child capacity from 45 to over 100 children at some our larger settings. Key duties include :-

Settling in new children and planning exciting activities to keep the pre-schoolers stimulated.

Building a rapport with Parents to enable them to trust in you and your ability to look after their child.

Being dependable and using own initiative as the role requires

Being flexible and calm and composed in busy periods.

Encouraging learning and development, through play and teaching.

Creating a secure environment, using imagination to help children to learn.

To be successful for an opportunity at Lime Tree you will be :-

Level 3 qualified in childcare

- have a willingness to learn

- have the ability to mentor and inspire a team

You will have a professional attitude

You will be approachable and friendly
